I had taken a little time to carefully select the right engineered wood floor for my newbuild extension. JS Woodcraft were competitive but an error on the order resulted in approx £3k's worth of the wrong flooring to be delivered. And of course the fitting was delayed. JS Woodcraft were excellent in resolving the issue and whilst I had to again wait for the floor to be manufactured and fumed it was delivered as promised, quickly and on time. I purchased engineered oak planks from J S Woodcraft 140mm wide in their Ultra Grey finish as a replacement floor for a water damaged oak floor previously in situ. First class customer service from providing samples prior to selection to turning around my order in under two weeks. I decided to lay the floor myself and whilst I'm no professional I'm delighted with the end result. (A couple of small rookie errors that only I can see) . The floor was easy to lay and has a beautiful quality finish.

I used Woodcraft for a recent project at home. They supplied my flooring the exact same size as what was fitted in an adjoining room. After contacting at least 20 other flooring companies throughout the UK to match up the size Woodcraft saved the day ! The customer service is excellent and I was kept well informed of the progress of my order.
